Those needing coverage are encouraged to first contact their local agent. Individuals may contact the Facility directly to apply for coverage.

WHO MAY FILE APPLICATION

Application may be filed directly by any person or legal entity having an insurable interest in the property. Application may be filed on behalf of the applicant by a Producer licensed by the Department of Insurance and Securities Regulation of the District of Columbia.

NEW BUSINESS APPLICATION

The Homeowners application form consists of 2 pages. A signed copy of the application must be submitted to the Facility. The producer or applicant should make a copy of the completed application for their records. Upon receipt by the Facility application forms are reviewed for proper completion:
